Slate has an interesting article on how to set your biological clock back so that you can get up earlier. I should try this minus the melatonin supplements.

    I am most definitely a night person, but I enjoy it, and not too sure I really want to switch. Although I recently read somewhere that waking up early increases productivity. The author’s point: In which situation is one most likely to waste time? 7 am, or 12 am? I personally waste a lot of time from 11-1 a lot of nights, so it might be a valuable switch.
