Today, Bobby and I went back to the Tokyo Metropolitan Government Building. I weant a little crazy taking pictures of all the neat buildings in the skyscraper district. This time we were able to get in to visit the city’s Tourist Information Center and catch the view from the 45th floor observation deck.
To our pleasant surprise, when we went to the TIC to pick up maps and guidebooks for future ex cursions we learned that their were free tours. A very nice Japanese gentleman showed us around, letting us see the city archives, the assembly chamber, art gallery and several other locations of interest. It was great because we got to see a lot of things we otherwise wouls have missed.
It was a good trip. After we got back, I introduced Bobby to Calpis.
I am so thankful for my three-day school schedule.

Three day school schedules are really nice.
Those are really nice pictures. Glad to hear you had a good time.
sweet! When are you helping me update?
Sweet pictures! It’s amazing what people can do, really…
Great pictures. Love the angles. How nice to have a three day schedule. I would be reading too, oh, and out sight seeing.
Just a comment on this blog. Not sure if it is my computer or not, but the color of your print in the comment area is almost too light to see.
Very cool photos. The city looks very crowded w/ all the skyscrapers and all and in fact it is, esp when you see all the people walking on the streets in Tokyo.
