Blackout!
As you may have heard, Seattle has been hit by a large windstorm and more than a million people are without power. I am one of those million people. Seeing as our router is an electronic device, and electronics require electicity my posting may be intermittent until power is restored.
Currently, we're having a birthday party for my little brother. It should be an interesting evening.

Wow...I have heard of snow taking power out, but never wind. Good luck!
Wind is the most common thing to take our power out as we don't get that much snow. Essentially trees get blown over and wipe out power lines, or the power poles themselves will be blown over occasionally. But its usually stuff blowing over and breaking something critical for power transmission.
Um, how can you have no power and be posting?? I'm confused.
It will be fun to have a party in the dark! You could play hide and go seek :)
