It's election day.
I didn't ever figure out how to get my ballot sent here so I'm sitting this election out. Don't worry, I'm terribly ashamed and feel like an enormous hypocrite. Despite all my whining about the government I didn't even find a way to exercise my own franchise.

I didn't get my registration in soon enough... But at least I'll be able to vote next time.

Doesn't matter. King County has issues with getting people their ballots. I didn't get a ballot last election thanks to incompetant county workers. Brenda didn't get hers this election for the same reason. Justin is too lazy to turn his in so you need to slap him at your earliest convenience.

yayy!! I got to vote for the first time. and I got one of those cool, red " I Voted" stickers too!!
And the election results are in: with one exception, EVERY vote I cast went to a losing race. The one that did win was something I didn't even care about. I blame Emily and Justin personally.
Lazy?!!! I think not!
I don't have the gas monies to go back home and do it.
Hopefully you will have many years of voting left in your lifetime. Don't sweat what you can not control.
At least you want to vote. So many are apathetic.
