I added up my total expenses for September today. I spent 43,784 yen ($371). My daily average for the month was 1459.67 ($12.37). Not bad if I do say so myself.
That's slightly more than I spent in Florida, but that amount also included my rent. But then Tokyo is a little more expensive than Orlando and I assume burgers that contain more than 400 grams of beef cost more than $3 there.
Wow, that's great consider that Tokyo is so much more expensive than the states. The only concern your parents may have is you're keeping your weight:o)

Cool, cool. Currently, my monthly average is $200.00-all for gas. :) I miss ice cream....:)
