Another Use

A friend of mine, Neemund, turned 21 yesterday. Now that he has reached that golden age he is finally able to get his concealed carry permit. In honor of his near-future acquisition, I gave him 100 rounds of .22 LR ammo, wrapped in, the pinacle of human engineering, duck tape.
